"My wife and I really wanted to buy a house downtown Hamilton, but we both had no idea where to start. We sat down with Susan and Jim and talked through all of our options, discussed what would be within our budget, and started looking at potential houses. We found our dream house in an area we loved, and were thankful for their experience and expertise in helping us find it.

However, that was not when we really needed them.

We really needed them when, on the day of the move, the old owners almost went bankrupt and attempted to cancel the move. With all of our stuff in boxes and our apartment lease about to expire, my wife and I were freaking out. Jim and Susan called us immediately, scheduled an emergency meeting, and laid out all of our possible options. They told us that "they would make sure this worked", and we believed them. Despite the insane complications, we knew that they would take care of the situation. By the end of the day all of the problems were resolved and we were able to move into our new house.
